Refund Policy

 Rental Fees (Non-Refundable)
 

• The rental fee paid for a garment is non-refundable.

• This fee represents the service provided (reservation and use of the piece) and is considered final.
   

 Security Deposit (Refundable Under Conditions)
 

• At the time of booking, clients are required to pay a security deposit in addition to the rental fee.

• The deposit will be refunded in full within 3 business days after the garment is returned, inspected, and confirmed to be in acceptable condition.

• In case of damages, stains, missing items, or delays in return, all or part of the deposit may be withheld to cover cleaning, repairs, or replacement costs.
   

Rental Period
 

• Standard rentals are for 7 calendar days.

• If the item is not returned within this timeframe, a penalty fee will be charged and deducted from the deposit.

• Extensions beyond 7 days must be requested in advance and are subject to approval, depending on the project and garment availability.
   

 Conditions for Withholding Deposit.- The deposit may be partially or fully withheld in the following cases:
 

• Late returns beyond the rental agreement.

• Irreversible damage, tears, or stains that cannot be restored.

• Failure to return the garment.

• Unauthorized alterations or modifications.
   

Cancellations
 

• Cancellations made before garment pickup are eligible for a full refund of the deposit but not of the rental fee.

• Cancellations made after garment pickup are not eligible for a refund of either the rental fee or the deposit.
   

 Processing of Refunds
 

• Approved refunds for deposits will be issued to the original payment method used.

• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the garment has been returned and inspected.

• Refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.
