The information and services provided by The Wardrobe Cult are subject to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These Terms & Conditions are not legal advice. The Wardrobe Cult strongly recommends that both designers and customers seek independent legal advice before entering into any agreement.
TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS
Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using The Wardrobe Cult’s services in the United States, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to comply with applicable federal and state laws.
Services. The Wardrobe Cult offers rental services of designer garments and accessories for a limited period. Rentals are subject to availability and approval.
Payments & Deposits. Rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. A refundable security deposit will be charged. This deposit will only be returned after the item is inspected and confirmed to be in acceptable condition. The Wardrobe Cult reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit to cover dry cleaning, tailoring, or repairs.
In the event of loss, theft, or irreparable damage, the customer authorizes The Wardrobe Cult to charge the full replacement value of the item.
Liability. The Wardrobe Cult is not liable for any personal injury, allergic reaction, or damage caused by the use of rented garments or accessories. Customers assume all risk associated with the use of the rented items.
Intellectual Property. All branding, content, and imagery related to The Wardrobe Cult are the intellectual property of the company and may not be used without written consent.
Termination of Agreement. The Wardrobe Cult reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a rental, or terminate a customer account in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California (o el estado donde formalmente registres tu showroom). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that state.
